ISRO Scientist/Engineer SC Recruitment 2025: What
is the Selection process
For Selection for the post of Scientist/Engineer Shortlisting
of the candidates will done Interview in the ratio of 1:7 based on the GATE
Scores awarded and not on GATE marks or GATE Rank and the candiates will be assessed
based on the subjects like Technical (Academic) knowledge having 40 marks, General Awareness in
relevance to the area of Specialisation (technical) which consists 20 marks and Presentation/Communication Skill which also possess 20 marks. Apart from
this there will be 10 marks for Comprehension
and 10 marks for Academic achievements and there will be a total 100 number of
assessment. The Candidates will have to score minimum 60 marks in the Interview
and PwBD candidates will have to score 50 marks in the interview. For
generation of the final panel, 50% weightage will be given to GATE Scores and
50% weightage to Interview marks.

is the pay and allowances
If a candidate
is selected against the aforesaid vacancies
he will bne entitle for basif pay of Rs.
56,100/- with permissible Allowances
like dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance and Transport Allowance as per government rules and the selected
candidate will also be entitled for New Pension Scheme/Unified Pension Scheme.
Apart from this the selected candidate will be entitled for medical facilities subsidised canteen, government
accommodation as per rules and more allowances as applicable to the central
government employees.
