increment at the rate of 3% during subsequent year of engagement. The increment
will be given from the first day of month subsequent to the month in which a the

be covered under EPF & EPS MP Act 1952, Payment of Gratuity 1972 and
corresponding rules in POWERGRID. So

Selections
shall be made on the basis of experience profile and Screening Test of the
candidates. There will be technical knowledge Test containing 50 questions based on Diploma
syllabus in the relevant discipline, aptitude test having 25 questions from General English: Articles, Prepositions,
Vocabulary, Comprehension, Synonyms/Antonyms, Jumbled Sentences. And there will
also be reasoning test of data Interpretation, Coding and Decoding, Deductive
Logic, Inductive Logic, Data Sufficiency, Series Completion, Puzzles, Pattern
Completion and Quantitative Aptitude: Ratio & Proportion, Time & Work,
Speed & Distance, Profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest,
Percentage, Average, Mensuration, Trigonometry, Geometry, Algebra, Probability.
There will also be LCM & HCF, Numbers General Awareness: Social Science,
Science, Current Affairs, General Knowledge. All these questions would be on multiple
choice question and there will be no
negative marking. The period of test would be 1 hour.
