Eligibility Criteria
Grade
‘A’ – General Stream
- Educational Qualifications:
- Graduation in specified subjects with 60%
marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- OR CS / CMA / CFA / CA
- OR MBA/PGDM (2-year full-time from
UGC/GoI recognized institute)
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years in MSME/Corporate credit roles (banking/finance sectors)
Note: No experience required if qualification is CA or MBA/PGDM
Grade
‘B’ – General & Specialist Streams
- General Manager:
- Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum
required marks
- At least 5 years experience in
RBI, SEBI, SIDBI, NABARD, NHB, NaBFID, Scheduled Banks or NBFCs
- Desirable: JAIIB/CAIIB certification
- Legal Manager:
- Bachelor’s in Law with minimum required
marks
- Enrolled as Advocate
- Minimum 5 years legal experience
in financial/banking sector
- Desirable: Master’s in Law / CS /
experience in drafting and domain-specific laws
- IT Manager:
- Degree in relevant tech domain (details
likely provided in full ad)
- Skills in AI/ML, Automation, Full Stack

Selection Process
The
recruitment for Grade ‘A’ and Grade ‘B’ Officers will follow a three-stage
process:
1. Phase
I – Online Examination
o Objective
test covering:

Awareness (Banking, Finance, MSMEs)
§ Stream-specific
topics
o May
include a descriptive test for certain streams
2. Phase
II – Online Examination

3. Interview
- Candidates shortlisted from Phase II will
be called for a personal interview
- Includes a psychometric test before
