🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Word Processing & Spreadsheets.
  • Typing/Steno Speed:
    • Clerk – 30 w.p.m. in English typing
    • Steno‑Typist – 80 w.p.m. in English stenography & 20 w.p.m. transcription
  • ICT Skills Certificate: CCC (80 hours) / DOEACC / NIELIT or equivalent from a recognized institution.

📝 Written Test Pattern

  • Duration: 2 hours
  • Type: Objective, 100 questions (English medium only)
  • Negative Marking: ¼ mark for each wrong answer
  • Qualifying Marks: Minimum 40
