🎓 Eligibility Criteria

🔹 Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

• Qualification: Class X or equivalent
• Age Limit: ≤ 35 years

🔹 Junior Secretariat Assistant

• Qualification: 10+2 with 30 w.p.m. typing speed
• Age Limit: ≤ 35 years

🔹 Stenographer Grade-II

• Qualification: 12th pass + shorthand & transcription skills
• Age Limit: 18–27 years (relaxable for Govt. servants)

🔹 Assistant Section Officer (ASO)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
• Age Limit: ≤ 35 years

🔹 Personal Assistant

• Qualification: Graduate + 5 years experience OR Matric + 7 years experience
• Skills: Shorthand 100 w.p.m., Typing 40 w.p.m.
• Age Limit: < 35 years

🔹 Senior Administrative Officer

• Qualification: Master’s degree with 55%
• Experience: 15 years in administration (with specific grade pay criteria)
• Age Limit: ≤ 45 years

🧪 Selection Process

✅ Written Test

• Conducted in English/Hindi (as applicable)
• Negative marking: 0.25 per wrong answer
• Duration: 2 hours (except SAO: 90 minutes)
