Essential: Master in
Public Health (MPH) from a recognized university with a minimum 4 years of
experience in community/hospital research projects
or PhD in Public
Health/Anthropology from a recognized university with a minimum of 1 year of
experience (post Ph.D.) in community/hospital research projects Desirable: ●
Experience in Maternal and child health
research ●
Experience of qualitative and quantitative research ●
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team
skills. ●
Ability to work in the field and manage a team of
field staff ● Able to build rapport, interact and correspond with
district, state and national health agencies
● Able to compile data, analyze and prepare project
reports, develop SOPs, micro-plans etc. Key Responsibilities: •
Assist the Project coordinator and Principal
Investigators in the successful coordination, implementation, and monitoring
of all project-related activities. •
Plan, implements, and coordinate the day-to-day
collection of research data, and ensure the implementation of research
protocol •
Must be willing to travel to all parts of Ambala
district with flexible hours. |

Essential : •
Bachelor’s in nursing or Graduation in Health
Sciences from a recognized university with minimum 2 years of experience in
community/hospital projects related to pregnant women or children or •
Master’s in nursing or Masters in Health Sciences
from a recognized university with minimum 1 years of experience in
community/hospital projects related to pregnant women or children •
Desirable: •
Prior experience of conducting research in
communitybased settings. •
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. •
Candidate should be comfortable working long hours
in the field setting and data entry on tab/computer •
Preference will be given to the candidates residing
in Ambala district or willing to shift to Ambala Key Responsibilities: •
Must be willing to travel to all parts of Ambala
district 4-5 days a week with flexible hours. •
Candidates should have a sound knowledge of Hindi. •
Project involves making observations, interacting
with families and collection of data, and training at Ambala City/Cantt .and
other hospitals in district Ambala. |
