Recruitment 2025 for 10 vacancies: What is the Selection Process
Junior Secretariate Assistant: For selection of JSA
there will be proficiency test in computer typing in English or Hindi @35 w.p.m. or 30 w.p.m.
respectively as per option preferred by the candidates knowledge of computer,
followed by a Competitive Written Examination. The proficiency in computer
typing speed and in using computer will only be qualifying in nature. The written test will he conducted through
two papers the paper I paper consist mental ability test
having 100 questions of 90 minutes whereas the paper II will comprise general awareness
and English language. The standard of exam will be 12th level.
Junior Stenographer: For selection of Junior
Stenographer there will be stenography
test of English or Hindi Shorthand @80 w.p.m. to be transcripted in 50
minutes for English shorthand and 65 minutes for hindi shorthand followed by
open competitive written examination. The proficiency in Stenography will only
be qualifying in nature. The written examination consist general intelligence and reasoning, general
awareness and English language and comprehensive.
