🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream from a recognized university. Must have completed the degree between 01.01.2022 and 01.09.2025.
  • Age Criteria: 20–28 years as of 01.09.2025. Age relaxations:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
    • PwBD: 10 years
    • Widows/divorced women: up to 35–40 years depending on category
  • Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must either provide proof of having studied the local language or pass a language test during document verification.

💼 Apprenticeship Details

  • Nature of Engagement: Apprentices are not employees of Canara Bank and are not entitled to employee benefits.
  • Training Location: Selected branches across the chosen state
  • Leave Entitlement: 12 casual leaves annually (1 per month)
  • Working Hours: As per clerical cadre norms
  • Termination Clause: Misconduct or failure to report may lead to termination of the contract

📝 How to Apply – Step-by-Step Guide

1.  Register on NATS Portal Visit www.nats.education.gov.in and complete your profile to 100%. Obtain your Enrollment ID.

2.  Apply on Canara Bank Website Go to www.canarabank.com → Careers → Recruitment → Engagement of Graduate Apprentices.

3.  Upload Documents Prepare and upload:

o   Passport-size photo

o   Signature

o   Left thumb impression

o   Handwritten declaration

4.  Pay Application Fee Use online payment methods (Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking).

5.  Submit and Save Finalize your application and save the confirmation for future reference.

📋 Selection Process Explained

  • Merit List: Based on marks in 12th standard or Diploma
