Bank of India (BOI), a leading Public Sector Bank headquartered in Mumbai, has announced the Engagement of Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the financial year 2025–26. This is a golden opportunity for graduates across India to gain training and exposure in the banking sector.

🪑 Training Seats

Educational Qualification
- Graduate
degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Graduation
must be completed between 01.04.2021 and 01.12.2025.
Other Conditions
- Must
be medically fit (certificate from MBBS doctor required).
- Must
register on NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in)
and have an Enrolment ID.
- Should
not have undergone apprenticeship earlier or have more than 1 year of
job/training experience after graduation.
♿ Reservation for PwBD
Seats are reserved for candidates with benchmark
disabilities under categories:
- OC
(Orthopedically Challenged) – locomotor disability, cerebral palsy,
dwarfism, muscular dystrophy, acid attack victims.
- VI
(Visual Impairment) – blindness or low vision.
- HI
(Hearing Impaired) – deaf or hard of hearing.
- ID
(Intellectual Disability) – autism, specific learning disability,
mental illness, multiple disabilities.
Special guidelines for use of scribe, compensatory
time, and exam concessions are provided.
💰 Stipend & Benefits
- Total
Stipend: ₹13,000 per month
- Paid
by Bank: ₹8,500
- Govt.
of India support: ₹4,500 (credited via DBT to NATS‑linked account)
- Apprenticeship
period: 1 year
- Note:
Apprentices are not employees of BOI and are not entitled to
regular staff benefits.

2. Local Language Test

must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding
one local language of the chosen state.
- Exempted
if 10th/12th certificate shows study of that language.
