🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Common Requirements

Educational Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation in relevant fields. Preferred: MBA, CA, CFA, CFP, NISM certifications.
Experience: Varies by post (3–15 years). Teaching/training experience not counted.
Age Relaxation: As per Government of India norms.

Example: Investment Officer

Qualification: PG in Finance/Commerce/Economics or CA/CFA
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Wealth Management/AMCs
Skills: Asset allocation, portfolio advisory, market analysis

💼 Job Profiles & Responsibilities

Each role has distinct responsibilities. Here's a snapshot:

Head (Product, Investment & Research): Lead research and product teams, launch innovative wealth products.
Zonal Head: Drive sales and customer acquisition across zones.
Regional Head: Manage RM teams, grow AUM and client relationships.
Investment Specialist/Officer: Advise clients, conduct market research, support RM teams.
Project Development Manager: Manage partnerships, CRM, and business strategy.
CRT Support: Assist research team with data aggregation and publications.

💰 Salary & Perks

CTC Range: ₹20.60–₹135.00 Lakhs per annum
Performance Linked Pay: Up to 45% of fixed pay
Contract Period: 5 years (renewable)
Leave: 30 days annually
Notice Period: 2 months
