🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: 20–28 years as on 1 October 2025
    (Born between 2 Oct 1997 and 1 Oct 2005)
    • SC/ST: +5 years
    • OBC (NCL): +3 years
    • PwBD: up to +15 years
  • Education: Graduate degree (completed on or after 1 April 2021)
  • Language Proficiency: Must know local language of the chosen state (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)

💰 Stipend Details

  • Total Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000
  • No additional allowances or benefits
