(Born between 2 Oct 1997 and 1 Oct 2005) - SC/ST:

- OBC
(NCL): +3 years
- PwBD:
up to +15 years
- Education:
Graduate degree (completed on or after 1 April 2021)
- Language
Proficiency: Must know local language of the chosen state (reading,
writing, speaking, understanding)
