Before you start

           Check eligibility: Read the advertisement and confirm age, qualification, and category rules.

           Keep documents ready:

           Class 10 certificate (DOB), degree/diploma marksheets, registration certificates (Council/Board), experience certificates (if applicable).

           Category certificates in the prescribed UP/GOI formats (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD/ExServicemen/DFF/Women/Skilled Player).

           Ensure active contact details: Registered mobile number and email must match your OTR and remain active.

Stage 0: One time registration (OTR) – mandatory

           Go to OTR portal: https://otr.pariksha.nic.in

           Create OTR: Fill personal details, upload photo and signature, verify via OTP, and submit.

           Note your OTR number: You must obtain it at least 72 hours before submitting the application.

Stage 1: Start the online application

           Visit UPPSC: https://uppsc.up.nic.in

           Click Apply: Choose “Authenticate with O.T.R.”

Stage 2: Complete application details
