• Preferred:
• MBA / PGDM / PGDBM / PGDBA in Finance
• OR PG in Statistics / Mathematics / Economics / Econometrics

📜 Certifications (Preferred)

• FRM (GARP), PRM (PRIMA), CFA, CQF
• ML/AI/NLP/Web Crawling/Neural Networks (valid as on 01.11.2025)

💼 Work Experience (Post Qualification)

Manager:

• Min. 5 years in quantitative/risk analytics/model validation/valuation in Banks/NBFCs/IBs
• Min. 3 years with R/Python or similar data science language

Deputy Manager:

• Min. 3 years in similar domains
• Min. 2 years with R/Python or similar

🛑 Note: Teaching/training experience not counted.

 

🛠️ Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in R, Python, SAS
• Financial modeling, risk analytics
• Java, ML/AI knowledge (preferred)

• End-to-end model development & validation

📋 Job Role & Responsibilities

Both roles involve:

• Validating financial models
• Conducting stress testing, back-testing
• Ensuring regulatory compliance
• Preparing validation reports
• Collaborating with risk, finance, and IT teams
• Monitoring model performance
• Supporting model lifecycle management

💰 Salary Structure

Manager (MMGS-III):

• ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280 + DA, HRA, CCA, NPS, LFC, Medical, etc.

Deputy Manager (MMGS-II):

• ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 + same benefits as above
