Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience in relevant domain.
Teaching/training experience not counted.

Preferred Certifications:

Cybersecurity: OSCP, CEH, CISSP, CHFI, GIAC, etc.
Testing: ISTQB, CTFL, CSTE, etc.
Emerging Tech: AI/ML, Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Cloud Security.
